The second return of the 2019 All-Star fan voting shows the two initial leading vote-getters in Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James and Milwaukee Bucks phenom Giannis Antetokounmpo still leading the race with the most votes:

Derrick Rose of the Minnesota Timberwolves remains a strong option with a whisker under 2 million votes, especially considering he is just as popular with the players as he is with the fans.
Oklahoma City Thunder swingman Paul George leapfrogged Kevin Durant and Anthony Davis for the third spot in the West’s frontcourt, while Kawhi Leonard is stating a strong case for an All-Star bid after missing 73 games last season.
Dwyane Wade is also likely to get a farewell All-Star mention, getting close to 1,200,000 votes in his last season in the NBA.
After the fan voting has closed, the league will also provide an All-Star poll for players to fill out, as well as for select credentialed media.
NBA head coaches will vote for the reserves and also for replacement nominees in case of an injury, which could bring a few other names into consideration down the line.
