With Giannis Antetokounmpo sitting out with a sore right knee, the Milwaukee Bucks have not been able to find a consistent offensive flow, and they trail the Orlando Magic, 59-40, at the half at Fiserv Forum.
Orlando has been shooting the lights out after a slow start. The Magic made just 2 of its first 11 shots, but is now 25 for 47 (53.2%), making 23 of its next 36 (63.9%).
The Bucks, meanwhile, have made just 3 of 17 from behind the arc and 18 of 49 (36.7%). Orlando is 7 for 11 on threes.
The Bucks got out to an 8-0 start before going cold and seeing the Magic go on an 18-2 run for a 20-12 lead. A 7-0 run to close the period pulled Milwaukee within a point at 20-19, just the fourth time this season the Bucks had been held under 20 for a period.
Terrence Ross has 13 off the bench to lead Orlando, and Nikola Vucevic has chipped in 11.
Eric Bledsoe leads the Bucks with 12 points, but backcourt mate Malcolm Brogdon is just 2 for 10, and Khris Middleton is just 2 for 8. Middleton, Brogdon and Brook Lopez have combined to go 0 for 7 on 3-pointers.
