Playing on Christmas Day for the first time in 41 years, the Milwaukee Bucks will take on the New York Knicks in Madison Sqare Garden at 11 a.m. Central Time.
Expect lots and lots of the NBA coverage to focus on Giannis Antetokounmpo, with features on him and his dealings with members of New York’s Greek community.
The Bucks (22-10) opened the month of December with a 136-134 overtime loss to the Knicks (9-25) on Dec. 1. In that game, the Knicks made an amazing 20 of 34 3-pointers, with five different players making three or more. Four Knicks players scored at least 20 points, with Emmanuel Mudiay leading the way with 28.
The game is on both Fox Sports Wisconsin and ESPN and is the first of five Christmas Day games in the league.
