The Milwaukee Bucks hold a 30-26 advantage on the scoreboard after one quarter over the Philadelphia 76ers, but they lost a key player for the rest of the night in a quarter with a lot of fireworks.
Eric Bledsoe was ejected after he and Philadelphia’s Joel Embiid threw the ball at each other with 9:24 left in the period. The two first exchanged shoves positioning for a rebound as Giannis Antetokounmpo made a 3-pointer to give the Bucks a 13-5 lead.
Embiid, for some reason, was not assessed a technical for his throw of the ball at Bledsoe.
Antetokounmpo leads the Bucks with 12 points, and Khris Middleton has 11.
Embiid, Zhaire Smith and JJ Redick have six each for Philadelphia.
