Somehow, the Milwaukee Bucks have managed to scrape out a 23-23 tie with the New Orleans Pelicans after a quarter despite shooting just 33.3%.
Because the Pelicans are shooting it even worse.
Both teams have shot horribly. The Bucks have made just 9 of 27 shots, and 1 of 7 from behind the arc. The Pelicans are even worse, shooting 32.1% (9 for 29), including 2 for 16 on 3-pointers.
Giannis Antetokounmpo leads the Bucks with six points, going 2 for 3. He has picked up two offensive fouls, including one on a pick that negated a 3-pointer by Pat Connaughton. Bucks guard Eric Bledsoe has gone 0 for 6, many of them at the rim.
Julius Randle leads the Pelicans with 11 points.
