Giannis Antetokounmpo is sitting out to rest a sore right knee, and the Milwaukee Bucks are looking a lot like the team that lost by 20 to the Orlando Magic 16 days ago.
The Chicago Bulls are out to a 38-25 lead after one quarter, as the Bucks are allowing easy penetration and shooting poorly.
The Bucks have won four in a row. Their last loss came on Feb. 9 when Antetokounmpo sat out against Orlando and the Magic pasted Milwaukee in a 103-83 victory.
The Bucks are just 9 of 23, and 3 of 11 on 3-pointers. It would look even worse but for newcomer Isaiah Canaan, who is 2 for 2 behind the arc just hours after signing a 10-day contract.
Lauri Markkanen leads Chicago with 14 points. Canaan leads Milwaukee with six.
The Bucks also are without backup point guard George Hill, who strained a groin muscle in Saturday’s 140-128 victory over Minnesota.
