Malcolm Brogdon and Khris Middleton tallied 13 points each, and Ersan Ilyasova added 12 as the Bucks took a 25-point lead at the half over the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Middleton has hit 3 of 4 3-pointers, and Ilyasova is 2 for 4 from behind the arc as the Bucks’ “Let It Fly” offense hit 10 of 23 long-range bombs in the half.
Brogdon’s floater from the left baseline with 0.4 second left gave them their biggest lead of the night at 63-38.
Even more impressive, the Bucks built their huge margin while getting just five points from Giannis Antetokounmpo. Teh Greek star did contribute nine rebounds and five assists in the half, both game highs.
The Timberwolves missed their first 11 shots of the night and are just 16 of 52 (30.6%) at the half.
The Bucks are looking to go 5-0 to open a season for the first time the 1971-’72 season when they started 7-0.
